I want to marry him, but there's a big age gap and I don't know what people would think!?

Hello I'm 20 and I am with a 53 year old I've been with him since June of 2000... his my best friend as well as boyfriend. now i know you all find the 34 year age gap disgusting, but am i right to think as long as im happy and he treats me right sod what anyone else thinks? resently he keeps asking me to marry him and i want to, but im scared of what people will say. He saved my life i was raped at the age of 10 by my grandad and suffered to trust and love anyone until i was 17 thats when i met my boyfriend if it was 4 him id have no life. do you think i should marry him?

Is it weird that I don't like to drink alcohol/wine etc.?

Most people like to drink, but personally, I hate the taste of wine, beer, all that stuff. I'm a 20 year old guy, and I literally don't know anyone who feels the same as me. I think a lot of people say they like to drink because they think it's 'cool,' and get used to the taste. But I don't have an inclination to even want to try and acquire the taste. Is that weird, or do some people just not like it....? My friends think I'm all uptight since I don't like to drink, but I'm really not.....

Have you ever let someone go out of your life, then regretted it?

There was somebody very amazing in my life a few months ago, but I was too caught up in my bullshit and significant other of the time, on the last day i saw that person i didn't even remember to gather contact info, wrote my number on a peice of paper, and left the house they were at. My life has taken many turns since, as has that person's, im sure, so i have no idea where that person could be or how to reach them. Now that i have gained some clarity, i realize how much this person meant to me and how much they helped me, and i absolutely regret not making sure i had a way to stay in touch. Its a shitty feeling... how does one deal?
