I am assigned to make a case study about political science, we are now discussing economics but next week is my reporting. Can anyone help me?

Well....as you know the opposite of a case study would be a statistical study.
A case study you would pick one example and elaborate on it.

If the case study is political science then an example could be the role of political science has on successful polictians who majored in it....

or if you mean you have to do a case study in economics then you could go two ways.

One could be a case study on the role government plays using a specific rich person or corapration that has either recieved diffrent treatment or legilation to advance thier wealth...for example tax write offs for SUV's, or tax loopholes, or even the estate tax which only effects 1 percent of the rich....but most importantly what role they play in the economy or how they hurt the economy or help it.

or.

you could do a case study on the poor, you could choose the poorest members of society see what the government offers, what the conditions are and how businesses or minimum wage effects thier living standard. See what training or education programs are availbe to them ect ect...but most importantly what role they play in the economy or how they hurt the economy or help it.
