are they responsible by law to follow through with the contest?
I submitted something to a magazine and the contest was never mentioned again and it's been a number of months. The 3 top submissions were supposed to be posted online for people to vote for the best. I e-mailed the company and never recieved a reply. I plan on calling them but want to know if any laws exist that deal with this sort of thing and under what circumstances they would be allowed to completely drop the contest without a word to anyone.
Please do not answer if you don't have helpful information.

My sister who will be 16 in September is moving to Prince Edward Island in Canada. Currently, she lives in Moscow and has a rather active social life. She is very much into going out to fashionable bars, cafe's, theatres, she is also into fashion etc. She is the youngest in our family and is very spoiled. I hope you get the picture – a typical spoiled 16 years old girl. She is very bright, used to being spoiled and living in big Cosmopolitan City. I am worried, that she will find PE island a little quiet. Therefore, if you have ever been to PE island please let me know what it is like out there. She is moving there with her mother, who married a Canadian a year ago. My sister's English is not that good, and she would have to complete her college there, so I know it will be extremely difficult and that combined with quite life–I don’t know what she will do. I had a look at PE official web site and I am getting convinced that she will hate it. Any info on PE will help. Thk

hi, I have recently found out I could be suffering from endometriosis- i saw my gynae and had a scan and it revealed my right ovary has moved behind my uterus- i'venever screamed so much when he touched it! now he says i could have endo- i'm only 17 but pretty scared of the effects on fertility- the pain in really bad but i can deal with that as long as i have the chance of having children- sorry to be so deep but i'm really worriesd about this- i have my laproscopy in November, and i'm so scared. is there any other women out there with this condition ?? if so could you give me some info on what happens in the op and also the chances of infertility, my gynae din't want ot discuss it! thank you i appriciate any answers.x.

is god all-loving? if he is truly all-loving, then he will love even the people who do not accept jesus into their lives, right? no good father who loves his children would ever let his children burn in hell for eternity just because they don't believe in him. so why does he allow these people to burn in hell??? is it because he isn't strong enough to save them????

is god all-powerful? if god is all-powerful, then he doesn't need to follow the laws of physics. he MAKES the laws of physics. so that must mean that if people are in fact going to hell, then he must WANT them to burn in hell. (otherwise, he would just rescue them.) so why does he allow people to burn in hell? is it because he doesn't love them?

PLEASE DON'T ANSWER WITH "it's just god's way". either he is not all-powerful, or he is not all-loving. end of story. i just demonstrated how it can't be both. so i'm asking you to tell me which one you think it is.

is he all-powerful and MEAN? or is he all-loving and WEAK?
