I have an IBM Thinkpad t20 and recently it went out on me with the message ERROR 0200: Failure Fixed Disk 0...?? What does that mean? I was just working on it and out of nowhere BOOM it went out on me...I dont have the Win XP disk anymore, i lent it out and never got it back :o( It keeps sending me to BIOS setup but i have NO IDEA what all this stuff means..PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEE can someone help me..I have so much important info on there I cant afford to lose anything...THANKS, Michelle

If I gripe about the wage, I will be "laid off." But I am earning a third of what the posted prevailing wage is supposed to be. (It is for a contractor, at a University-site job.) Should I wait 3-4 weeks til the job is over, and then try to claim back wages? or just go to the local L & I office, and make them be the bad guy?

Yesterday I went to a creek and swam for 6 hours. And..... I admit it, I forgot to put sunscreen on. My face is badly burning, my shoulders are horriable (RED), and my back his red as well. From reading other peoples sunburn questions on yahoo, I've came up with a few methods...

1. Aloe vera
2. Vinegar - apple cider vinegar
3. White vinegar (gently dab it on)
4. Ice
5. Cold water
6. Hot water
7. Drink LOTS OF WATER.

But I'm afraid if I do any of those methods I'll loose everything, as in it'll just peel, and there will be NO TAN. Which I don't want to happen.
My face is very sensative, so I'm posative it'll peel, thats fine, but my arms, my legs (<-- not bad at all), bikkini (top and bottom) lines, back, arms etc.... I really don't want to peel.

Any ideas??

I am about 100 pounds over weight. I have tried every diet in the book and have been unsuccessful in keeping the weight off or sticking with the program. I once lost 68 pounds and was so happy, it was one of the happiest times in my life. Obviously i have gained that and more. I am now seriously thinking about Gastric Bypass. I am only 34 years old and feel the weight impacting me daily. My back, knees and hips are always aching!! I have heard pros and cons about gastric bypass and would love to hear more. Please if you have any insight on this subject positive or negative I would really appreciate it.
