If you want to cheat go to the link at the bottom, but here is what it says about the hundred acre wood.
Upon arriving, head for the Empty Meadow for a cutscene with Pooh, who believes that his friends had all gone away while he was napping. After the cutscene, go back to the world map.
Do not go to this site if you do not want to cheat and find out everything else in the game by yourself!

In KH2 Winnie lost his memory, you just have to get the treasures and play the mini games to unlock his memory. In the KH1 you meet and play mini games with the characters of the book.
The torn pages are over the different worlds. Once you got one, you replaced in the book and new chapter appears in the book. This is the same for the two games.

first, you have to go to 11 acre wood.
and then, finish the first stage
and you will know that the page are torn.
you have to gain all of the torn pages. from the treasure box and finish some mission.
if i'm not wrong, their are 6 torn pages.
