I am 5'3 and weigh 123lbs, and I am 29. This is fine for walking on the street, but I am entering competitive ballroom dance. I have a soft middle. No tone. My upper arms are soft, but not flabby. My thighs are soft, not flabby.

I have started taking one hour cardio classes, followed by a 15min back and abs class. I am taking these classes three times a week.

How soon will I start seeing results? I started last week. I am dieting as well.

Do you LOVE the bum that smells like he's soaked in piss, liquor, and dirt for a week, panhandling for change? What about that overly-pierced couple with the leather and dangling chains, slobbering all over each other and rubbing against each other nearly tipping over the newspaper stand on the street? What about the teenage boy with the black eyeliner who is always in a dark kind of mood? What about the sleezy looking married guy you see walking into the "Adult Bookstore" to buy porn, sex toys, to cruise the booths, or whatever? What about the man who gets married, then divorced and says "I've been gay all along and I've been cheating on my wife with another man"? What about the people on the internet who look up snuff movies?

Do you TRULY , TRULY LOVE them? Do you HATE (TRULY HATE) the sin and not the sinner?

What's YOUR take on these people? What about your neighbors, or the same people sitting next to you at church - who pray and exhalt your god, then go out and do whatever?

Is there a little inside playground or something fun that dogs can play with inside the house? I'm usually home after work and I'm usually on the computer, but I dont want my dogs to get bored. I think they need to be more active, even though their owner isnt. I wish I can take them to the Gym with me, but I dont think thats possible. Is there a doggy gym or something that I can buy online that will distract my dogs and give them something to do when they are indoors? Cats love those climbing things and they love yarn, I'm curious what dogs like.

I was thinking today about all the "realities" the internet offers. Dating, chatting, buying, selling, and all the other "human" contact we experience while on the computer. Do you think the Net has enabled us to come closer as humans by exposing us to more people from more cultures OR do you think the Net has driven us further apart by chaining us to our computers? The first boy I ever fell in love with and still love called me a few days ago. And said he is having trouble in his marrige and he has a baby. He is getting a divorce and says he regrets leaving me a year ago. They've only been married for a few months and they only got married kus she got pregnant. So he turned to me because im the only one who knows him so well. (he's a real personal private kind of guy) My bf of 4 months knows that he called and freaked out and told me to never talk to him again and I said ok. But now my ex wants to go see a movie just to get out of the house so he wont have to think about his problems. Should I just go see an innocent movie and tell my bf im with some of my girl friends? or should I just tell me ex no kus i might get caught?
