I do this:
1 stalk of celery, small
1 dill pickle, small
onion, small (you can also use green onions)
shredded cheddar cheese
Add all these things to the tuna and serve either on toasted bread or you could take a can of cresant rolls and open them up and you have 2 squares per roll....that 4 cresants total, i make 2 big squares and inside one i plce the tuna, cover with the other square and bake as long as the directions for the rolls say plus about 10 minutes, makes sure they get good and golden. You could actually melt more cheese on top of this. These are really good!

I'll give you my version of the perfect tuna meal:
Take a tomato and stuff with tuna
Or use a pita, put lettuce, spring onion, spouts, whatever you like in there with it.
Personally, I like my tuna fairly dry (not much mayo.) and heavy on the celery, I add lemon pepper, a touch of Old Bay, and a little relish to it. Definitely NOT bland tuna fish!

I always put hot banana pepper slices or jalapeno slices on the sandwich too (peppers are very healthy). In addition, of course, to cayenne pepper and hot sauce in the tuna salad itself.

I like it with dill pickles, as long as there is not to much mayonnaise, I don't care for it just needs a little. Also toast the bread and enjoy.
