I'm afraid I'll need more info before I can answer this:

Is the cat on the north side of the tree or the south? (east and west only affect the position of apartments and caravans)

What is the precise altitude of the cat?

When you say cat - do you mean one cat or many cats? If there are more than one cat - do they all live together?

Do you need the location of the bungalow in grid reference form or directional form in relation to the tree?

Is the bungalow of standard brick construction without any significant modification or adjustment to it's original structure?

Is there a lake larger then 500,000 litre capacity within a 6 mile area?

Are there any other forms of feline present in said tree (e.g. Lion, Tiger etc.)

Is the tree of a deciduous variety or a European hardwood?

Is the cat neutered?

Please supply the following info and I'll be happy to locate the bungalow for you. Answers will be within 5 metres tolerance provided the info is accurate.
