Want to know what the "Shadyside" area is like in the Pittsburgh. Looking to visit in the fall but I don't know if this is a good area to stay.
If not, what areas would you recommend?

Looking for a place to stay for about a week.

Why do people answer questions as if the person asking it is an idiot because they were trying to be funny and bring a little comedy to the Yahoo!answers dealy? I don't get it, I saw a question earlier that I thought "wow, this person asked a question with the hope of a humorous answer." so I clicked on it to give it my best shot, and half the answers were "your dumb, why would you ask that" Lighten up! Have a sense of humor, and give the person a funny answer. For serious!

These 2 dogs ran out in front of me today. I slammed on the brakes and smoked the tires, but it was too late. One of them was flopping around in the road before finally giving up....the other limped and drug his back leg on the way back home. What is the most appropriate thing to do here? I stopped and said I was sorry and felt terrible, but I really hate seeing women cry. She (the owner, not the dog) was kinda hot too...I guess asking her out on a date is kinda out of the question now huh?

that there was only one god ... then why the need for such a commanment that "you shall worsip no other gods before me" if indeed he is a jealous god then it seems logical that there has to be someone to be jealous of.

I can buy a new clutch for $110 or I can pay a shop almost $1000 to replace it. I can't afford the $1000 so I have to replace it myself. I have a Chilton's and a Hayne's, but it looks like a lot of work. Can someone give me some advice. I need a way to get to work. It is an '85 supra with the 5MGE engine if that helps.

If they were all given citizenship, wouldn't that solve all the problems that so many people are complaining about?

They would have to pay taxes, they could get car and health insurance, and work their way out of the menial jobs they are stuck in now.
