Was Egyptians white or black?

The Egyptians were what we would call black people. The current North african type is a result of massive Arab invasions that took place during the 7th and 8th centuries AD. During the time of Ancient Egypt, the Arabs had a marginal population throughout the world. There is an extremely wide range of ethinic groups and physical types throughout the continent of Africa, all of which fall into the category of what we would call black people. There is no such thing as an independent racial type. The Ancient Nubians have been accepted as "extremely black" and they occupied the exact same climate and region as the Egyptians did. For the Egyptians to be anything but black, would take a scientific miracle that world as yet to see.

Ancient Egyptians were neither white nor black, probably more of an Arabic/north African look. Today, there are probably some white and black Egyptians.

The Ancient Egyptians were of African descent and of various colors from brown to black. With time the Meditteranean influence was seen; as well as the Arabian.

Egypt is part of Africa. I would say black. In the movies (Moses movies in particular) the people look white. But those are just movies. Don't know. Search Egypt on your computer and look at pictures of the people.

brown! even though egypt is in africa, doesn't necessarily mean that they are black, unless they are actually mixed with it!
