It's not just the Bush administration that claims it...and it pretty much proves itself when explosions happen around the world.

There is terrorism. just not that defined by George Bush!
No, I think Bush is the biggest terrorist by far!!
Now a War on terrorism!!
"And I know what you're gonna say next. 'He sponsors terrorism'. Where's the proof? I thought we were going after bin Laden for that. But wait, Afghanistan ain't got any oil. So we need another monster, who's got something worth taking. And Saddam is so damn convenient. Yeah, he's an evil sonovabitch who deserves to be taken out, but are we the ones who should do it? Are our kids the ones who should die for it? Is he worth another Wall like this?
"And what the hell is terrorism, anyway? It's not a thing; it's not a place; it's not a person. It is a political and military strategy, that's all. Having a 'War On Terrorism' is as ridiculous as having a 'War on Flanking Maneuvers'. You'll end terrorism when there's no longer anything for anybody to get pissed off about."
"As for now, maybe if we looked at why people are pissed at us, we'd begin to understand. Hell, it doesn't matter whether they're right or wrong; it's what they perceive that motivates them. What you have to address is why they perceive things as they do. Only then will you start to get a clue. And spare me the bullshit about them hating us because of our freedom. We haven't been truly free in a long time. And now we're letting all this demagoguery convince us to give up what little liberty we have left. Big Brother Lives!

"So I don't know where he is. You know, I just don't spend that much time on him... We haven't heard much from him. And I wouldn't necessarily say he's at the center of any command structure. And, again, I don't know where he is. I- I'll repeat what I said. I truly am not that concerned about him."
—Bush, answering a question about Osama bin Laden at a March 13, 2002 news conference.

There really is nothing to "buy". You see it everyday on the news, terrorism is a reality, not a myth that you can choose to believe or not believe. Bush and his administration doesnt make the claims, the terrorists carry out the acts and the world reacts.

no they are not and they are stupid for not believing, most of America only here and see what they want to and believe what there friends or political party want them to believe. and how soon we forget the towers, and they forgot that an attempt on the towers was made on Clinton's watch, and the ship that was struck and they other thing too, but they were on someone watch and they did just enough to get this to were it is now, but he Chilton is walking around like he did everything he could when what he really did was stall with any action til he got out of office and then you see what happened the towers were set in motion way before Bush was put into office and now Bush has to clean up the mess, and people are either brain dead, stupid, or just don't care , but we are going to get hit again and it only a matter of time and people need to wake up stop blaming the president, and get prepared . They are watching how we are talking about our country and they know how stupid we are , and they know were we are weak because the news media gets on TV and talk everything to death and tells every thing about us , they don't care whos watching just as long as they are looking at them make their news story before the other net work get it. We need to get our heads out of the sand or where ever we all have them stuck, and show support for our country and our president, let's don't let another Vietnam happen , but like I said we never learn, i think America is becoming chronically brain dead and we all live or die regretting just how un American and disloyal to our country we have been , our only hope know is to start praying because it's only a matter of time til we are hit and it's not going to be pretty, God help us!

What are the claims you are talking about?
Is the Bush administration making those crazy claims about terrorists flying planes into the twin towers and the pentagon again?
I don't know why people believe that crap. We were safer under the Clinton administration when he didn't do anything after attacks.

Must be...just check the Defense Department's website to see the military contracts issued everyday that are greater than $5 Million.
Oh yeah, were buying that load of baloney just like we did during the Cold War.
But the War on Terror is even better...multiple enemies and guess what...it has no forseeable end. It's a military contractor's wet dream folks.
Be afraid...be very afraid. Me I want to be like Ike...he knew.

I think too many are buying it, look at the 2004 election. There are serious problems in this country and all the president does is mention 'terrorism' and it seems as if many of our countrymen forget things like healthcare, funding education, high oil prices, inflation, etc.

I'm not buying into the lies of the current administration. They have lied repeatedly to the citizens of the U.S., made a fortune from us with these lies, rigged elections, tortured so called "prisoners of war", not followed the Geneva Conventions, refused to supply our soldiers with effective bullet proof vests, or drinkable water, charged injured soldiers for their food in the V.A. hospitals, censored the media's showing of the caskets of dead soldiers coming back from Iraq, charged our soldiers for the damaged body armor that was damaged during the so called "war", rigged intelegence info to get us into the war in the first place, created a terrorist scare in the U.S. to further their own plans,

We don't have to buy it, it's real & it's free. Terrorists are either going to try to kill us on our soil, as they have been doing for decades, or, we can stop them where they live.
The real line of lies comes from uneducated, emotional, power hungry polotitians who have never worked a real job in their life. They want us to pay their way through life, and they want us to believe they care about us, when all they care about is themselves, and their twisted perceptions of reality.
Study some more honest history, not the rewritten stuff being shoved down our throats in the centers of higher learning today.
Yet, I still believe there is no threat of global warming, either.

You people are pathetic. You obviously have internet access, so why not actually do some research. I can't stand it when people run their mouths off when they have no idea what they are talking about. Why not try looking things up and learning for yourself from the FACTS instead of thinking what your told to think.
