I have been faced with a hard decision and i feel that it is impossble to answer. I keep letting past events cloud my judgement. I try not to, but it always happens that way. Can someone explain to me how to get past this mistake? ts not my mistake...and yet it invovles me. Even though it is not my mistake i had to live with the consquences and I think thats why it keeps popping up in this decision. Please help.

Please help, I have a custody agreement with my ex-husband that was made when we first separated. Over the past 2 years, I have learned that he is a pathological liar, has a suspended license, IRS is looking for him, his religion was different then what he told me, his history with his ex-wife and children was not what he told me and includes physical and mental abuse of his previous spouse, he's a frequent steroid user and basically everything I knew about the man was a lie. I have proof of all of the above; however, I have nothing that shows that he's an unfit parent. My fear is spending thousands on lawyer fees just to have a judge tell me that being a very bad person isn’t enough to make changes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I feel sick every time she is with him since I have no idea what else he is capable of.

We are currently looking at new homes. I have 3 builders whom I am looking at. Is there any where I can check to see how these builders are rated, or what kind of reputations they have? One home I am considering is by Pulte Homes. I saw allot of negative things on some websites about Pulte, but not in my state Illinois. The other builders I am considering are Town and Country Homes, and Kimball Hill Homes. Is there any place that compares builders? Do you have any opinions on the builders I listed? Thanks
