What is a good way to get rid of acne.....? I have combination skin, but I don't want to buy anything expensive, something cheap but that works! I get a breakout once every month on my forehead, and it takes 2 weeks to go away, by that time, I've already got another breakout.....also, acne and pimples on my back and shoulders.....suggestions???

im a 15 yr old girl. i usually go to bed at midnight to 1am. i wake up for school at 7am and dont get out until 3pm. i usually go take a nap cuz im so tired then i wake up about 6pm. i eat dinner about 7pm and usually watches tv until 11pm to midnight. i do my homework from 9pm to 11pm or longer. i never study for anything in sschool yet i get D's, C's, or B's.i really want to get on the honor roll list for next year when im a sophomore. but i need some help on when to choose a right spot to do my homework. and i really would like to get aleast 8 to 9 hrs of sleep. if anyone would come up for a sheduale for me. i would really be thankfull.
