If you can avoid him then yes now beating him is another problem all together.

If you tried that krane thing in the Octagon you would be smashed to pieces! They have had a few Karate black belts compete in the UFC but not many because most do not get past the qualifying rounds, that is, the try out matches that the public never sees. In the early UFC matches, a few high ranking Karate fighters all lost because they were taken to the ground and submitted fairly easily and did not look like they knew much about real fighting anyway. No offence - Karate is great but it is not a complete system of fighting at all. Maybe the question is would Daniel Larusso last 3 seconds in the UFC!
