acne questions....?

What is a good way to get rid of acne.....? I have combination skin, but I don't want to buy anything expensive, something cheap but that works! I get a breakout once every month on my forehead, and it takes 2 weeks to go away, by that time, I've already got another breakout.....also, acne and pimples on my back and shoulders.....suggestions???

You can buy a product by Biore its a cleansing wash just for acne. It works really well. If you put moisturizers on your forehead stop! That area already has too much oil. You can also purchase for $15ish face papers, they are made out of rice and every time you perspire use them to blott off the oil, never use your fingers. Stay away from pizza, unless you blott off the extra oils Stay away from Chocolate (Limit 1oz per day or every other day.) Back off the butter at meal times.
I know, because my forehead is the same way. I do not need moisture there, so I never put any now. The rest of my face is different. =o) Remember every 7 years your skin changes.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

My parents say sit out in the sun and it would help reduce the acne. I am like you. I always have breakouts on my forhead. One thing is that i don't like to sit in the sun. (yes i am pale) But it works cause my dad hardly has any acne and doesn't get it that bad. .... also if you want to have cleaning products to wash your face you can always go to your local store to find a good price on acne stuff. and/or look up acne stuff on the internet to see what you can use that isn't to pricey

cut a lemon in half and rub it where ever you have pimples it burns but after applying it for like a week or so you'll have clear skin.

i know u dont want anything expensive but proactive is really good. it truly works and clears up ur face. u shud try their trial size for a month, its $20.

Definitely try benzoyl peroxide, you can get it at a drugstore like cvs , and it works really fast
