depends

if its enough i usuall get it out and in the open. better to let them know how you feel early on b4 you bottle it all up and then you really let lose and say something you really don't mean

on the area of calming down

do something that will engage your mind and keep from thinking about it. Example i work at Best Buy so yeah i deal with some stressfull days (holidays), i usually will find something to do like reset planograms or count stock. Anything that will get ur mind off the situation that stresses you out. But best is to Establish how you feel, not by freaking out, but rather be plain simple and composed.

hope something works out for you

If someone is really doing something you don't like, then calmly let them know about it so they know not to do it again. How else will they know if something bothers you? People... Especially men... are not mind readers, and some don't pick on body language too well. Also, try exercise.. it sounds like you are stressed and need to blow off some steam. Exercise will help you get rid of some of your energy, while making you feel better about yourself. I also agree with the meditation/relaxation bit.

Listen to soothing music or music that makes you happy, carry an ipod or listen to the radio. When I listen to music I sometimes feel better or writing your feelings down on a journal or piece of paper helps you calm down when you're upset. At least that's what works for me.

How about sit alone in a quiet room and try to meditate or something. You might be able to calm down. Or try to exercise. Sometimes, having your energy out by exercising helps.

What are you angry about? Have you expressed your anger in some way to let it out? Vent to a friend, or journal. Find some way to express how you feel. It sounds like you need to take some time for yourself.

bipolar, maybe? The best answer in controlling feelings is with your mind and discipline rather than drugs; however, some of us have chemical reactions going on inside and need a little pharmacuetical assistance.
Do you have addiction tendencies? Talk to a doctor.

My suggestion would be:

Pray - ask God to help you gain the fruitage of the spirit which is in the Bible at Galatians 5:22, 23

And They are "love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness, self-control."

Containing these traits and continue praying for them, we can conquer any difficulties or problems that we face.

Hope this helps.

Ask God to see them with His eyes. Feel the feeling God want you to have. See things threw there eyes.
As you begin to love as Christ can.
I have had to close my mouth and say usally the oposite of what I want to. Its usally what god wants me to say or do. As I do it more Christs image molds my heart into the person he wants me to be,

Just leave the room saying you have to do something.
