Well take her out to a nice restaurant give her a personal letter you wrote your self telling her the way you feel and always have felt.Then give her a rose and have a little paper in there that says i love u

Give her flowers and roses.... May look corny but it really works....
Then tell her that you love her, don't expect any answers yet... Tell her that you're there to wait for her answers.... Show it to her by being her friend first.....

TELL HER HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT HER AND LET HER KNOW THAT YOU WANT TO TAKE THINGS FURTHER. BUT WHEN YOU TELL HER, LOOK HER DEAD IN THE EYES AND BE VERY POLITE AND RESPECTFUL.
