A and B uses 'should'. C uses 'ought to'. Any differences in meaning between 'should' and 'ought to'?

A: I told you that you shouldn't drive so fast! You've just run into that blue car.
B: But it was not his fault, not mine. He didn't brake in time.
C: Look what you've done to my door!
B: It was your fault. You should've stopped at the roundabout.
C: You must be kidding. You ought to have given way.
B: You shouldn't have been doing fifty in a built-up area.

Heres why first animals in the wild are not attracted to the same sex humans are animals therfore they should not be attracted to the same sex.

Next gays lesbians ect are only popular in canada and america some other countrys dont even know people are attracted to the same sex because its simply not natural

Which is why i believe you cannot be born gay its a learned behavior.

My co-worker bought a house and some land from a man about 6 months to a year ago. When they made the offer on the land, the man was given 3 months from the date of closing for him to remove all his belongings from the land. He left an RV on the land. My co-worker has never gone in the RV because it is padlocked, but it would be easy to get into if she wanted to. My question is, since it has been so long since she bought the place, and since the man has never come to get the RV, when does it legally become her property? And is there a way to get a title on something abandoned like that? P.S. We live in Arkansas, if that matters.

I've been with my boyfriend for almost 2 years, hes very attractive. I was having a little get together with a few friends last week. I went to the store to get some stuff. When I came back everything seemed a bit tense in the room, i put on some music but 2 of my other close friends grabbed my arm and pulled me into my room. or hell etc. These are simple people living in remote areas of Africa, Asia, the middle East, Australia , many of them can't read and have never heard of the Bible. NO ONE has told them that they need to accept someone named Jesus in order to have eternal life in heaven.

My question is, are they damned anyway? They haven't made a choice NOT to accept Jesus, because they've never heard of him. Are they STILL going to hell? And if so, why?

Please note, this is a simple religious question. It is not a criticism or condemnation of any religion or cultural belief system. Religious scholars ask this type of question all the time in order to better understand all religions as well as their own particular one.
