Everything involves math whether we like it, or not, whether we realize it, or not, it's all around us, and if it wasn't for math the world wouldn't be what it is today!!! I really hate doing math problems at school and all that kind of stuff, but I'm really thankful that I'm not going to be a mathematician or something with a lot of math when I finish my career, so I really don't worry about it and let the math geeks...I mean...math experts do their thing!!!

But surely sleeping involves some math... like counting sheep and averaging the numbers that jump over the gate and those that fly through the sea... Sorry! I do have some dreadful nights trying to get off... and trying to sleep, too!

maths is a logical way of understanding something. If you don't try to understand it then it doesn't involve maths. Here's an equation for that -

where maths is x and y is human understanding

x = y

maths = human understanding

Nothing, the very simple statement of saying nothing already involves math. Numbers are all elegenatly integrated in everything around us. Just look closer.
