I have a person on my msgr list that I've been trying to delete for the past week. I delete them from both my msgr list & address book, but every time I sign back in they re-appear! It's really, really starting to irritate me. Any ideas?

How do I delete a contact?
To delete a contact from your Messenger List:
Right-click the friend or contact and select "Delete."
Click the "Yes" button.
Note: The contact will not be notified that they have been deleted.

chek some other files to see if that person is being held in any other location ,also it may be that its refreshing the old history, if you have only a few people on your list you may need to uninstall the program deleting all members and history forthat program then reinstall it and put only those you want to keep ,if that dont work you may need to contact the program server

Well, maybe it's the computer. have you tried logging on w/ a different computer? Either that or you could find a different button than delete. Like maybe look on your info on this person and maybe try cancel. just a suggestion.

strange...delete the contact then delete the cookies, search history and temporary internet files mayb it works.....or mayb after deleting the temp files delete the contact
nothing works then contact yahoo

Go to yahoo for help. If they cant then get a new Id

Make a new ID...sometimes it's the ONLY way..

DID YA TRY IGNORING HIM???
IF THT AINT WRKIN, THEN GET TO UR ACCOUNT(ONLINE AT MAIL.YAHOO.COM) AND DELETE HIM FRM UR CONTACT LIST THERE........THT SHUD CLEAR ALL UR PROBLEMS
