In England, I have found that people have no manners to speak of. People never thank the driver when they get off the bus, no one thanks me if I hold the door open for them. I get barged past without an 'Excuse me'. And what happened to the phrase 'You're welcome'? What do you think of manners or the lackthereof in this country?

URGENT Language question: What do I call my italian friend's parents?

My italian's getting a bit rusty... I'm seeing an italian friend's parents for the 2nd time in a few hours. I have forgotton how to address them politely... If my friend's surname is Rossi but his mother's maiden name is Loredana Francoli, what do I call her? Signora Rossi, Signora Francoli, Signora Loredana?? My friend's father I would just call Signore Rossi, right? Thanks.

looking for a new state to relocate to with 5 month old son.?

My 5 month old and I (25) will be relocating to New Orleans were I have a job.If I can't find a job in Houston in the medical field Im a surgical tech. But I dont want to go back now I cant afford it .Rent is too high and no space is open for him in nursey and its too much. So Im able to go somewhere else but not sure were. Im open for tips.

if someone worked on your vehicle and you havent paid the bill yet can they come get your car?mechanics lein?

I had my vehicles worked on a couple of months ago and couldnt afford the bill. Was told that by someone that if bill not paid in 1 day that the mechanic from the body shop can come tow your vehicle away, Is this legal or do they have to take you to aourt or something first.

What do I do if I want a cell to contain the name of its tab. So, initially the cell would says "sheet1". as I change the name of the tab, the cell would change as well. Please advise.
