"Thank you, I really appreciate it!", Is the more correct form of the statement. Keep in mind, "Thank you, I really appreciate it!" is a relatively formal phrase. For more relaxed circumstances a number of other, briefer comments would be equally appropriate.
For example:
Thanks
Thank you
Thanks a lot
Thanks much
And dozens more could be sited. "Thanks or Thank you" is quite appropriate in almost any informal setting, like a conversation with friends on the street or at the mall, or a comment made in a letter or an email.
From reading your question I think you are doing well. This is an excellent place to ask the type of question you asked. I do have one suggestion. Use either an exclamation point (!) or a question mark (?) but not both. From my experience either of the following would be considered more correct.
I'm studying English,help me!
I'm studying English, can anyone help me?
The differences are minor, and maybe not worth mentioning but you may as well learn it correctly. A bad habit is hard to break.
Keep working, you're doing great. Feel free to contact me if you have other questions.

You decide
a comma ( , ) means and
so
Thank you and I really appreciate
and Thank You, I really appreciate it
so I reversed what you did because
Writing is an Art and you are allowed
to make and break rules if you are not being graded
so I use either one whenever I feel like it

Pup uses Mucho Obbligato, however from your choices, number one is never used. It is a sentence fragment with no common usage as a grammatically incorrect structure.

"Thank you, I really appreciate it." You have to add the word "it" to the end for the statement to make sense. :)
