i use paypal if the person that is trying to send you money has it too its instant and you can get a debit card through them. If you havnt set up your account all you need is a checking acount that it can be linked to. You will have to wait like 90 days before you can get the debit card, but once you have that people can send you money to your email address and it will go into your paypal account. if you dont have the debit card you just send it to your checking and that takes 3 days. its faster and WAY cheaper than western union.
