i do 50 during the day, and 50 at night

you can do a million sit ups a day and have a killer six pack but you will never see it if it is covered up by fat. you need to do cardio along with the sit ups

I do 600 in the morning... 300 in the afternoon... 400 at night
but I always change the number of sit ups I do because your muscles get too use to the exercises were there is no difference anymore... you should one day maybe do as many push ups as you can... then the next day do sit ups.


... you lose fat by doing sit ups! it's exercise da! so some of the people answering this question don't know what they are talking about! But... cardio is a very good idea too! ;)

you want a real fast result then use a weight on the chest and do them on a bench with a roman lean down go above the regular and when it burns stop and work another group for a day its hard to burn abs so good luck also theres books at the library for free about training by franco columbo and frankzane and the swarztenegger see im ,,an olde dude

ur not doin it right do cruches just lift ur shoulders off the floor not ur back and at the top of the cruch "squeeze" the abdominals

I think pretty soon...as long as you're not eatting super fatty foods at the same time. =)
