I have about 20 bites all over me. How can i stop them from itching?? Any home remedies???????

A vampire bat came flapping in from the night covered in fresh blood and parked himself on the roof of the cave to get some sleep.

Pretty soon all the other bats smelled the blood and began hassling him about where he got it.

He told them to go away and let him get some sleep but they persisted until finally he gave in.

"OK, follow me" he said and flew out of the cave with hundreds of bats behind him.

Down through the valley they went, across a river and into a forest full of trees.

Finally he slowed down and all the other bats excitedly milled around him.

"Now, do you see that tree over there?" he asked.

"Yes, Yes, Yes!" the bats all screamed in a frenzy.

"Good" said the bat, "Because I sure as hell didn't!"

Whenever I get mad at my ex he says mean things to me...like he will call me stupid or something..and then I just start punching him in the face...

I don't want to be like this..it's no different than a man hitting a woman...

Some background..my dad used to beat my mom and me when I was younger..and here I am doing the SAME thing...
How can I break the cycle..I know many will say anger management classes..but I am a poor college student and I can't afford to go see anyone about this problem..I am so angry at myself for this..I don't want to be like this...it doesn't solve anything...

I am an abuser...I need help..or someone to talk to...Sorry if this topic is jumping around a little bit..my head is just in a maze and daze...

thanks for any input..and if you are going to say mean and negative things...please don't even comment..that isn't what I came here for..

how can i be more comfortable doing stuff with guys? Im no prude, ive done stuff with guys. but when it gets down to flashing guys or stripping or taking off any clothes or even just going farther than making out i get so nervous. In my head i want to be able to be more outgoing and do these things but i still get really freaked. i guess i really wanna be able to be slutty without being a slut, so my head says dont do it cuz i dont wanna be a slut but i still want guys to want me. ahhh help
