Sorry that this is my 3rd question but I really do not know what to do. Can anyone answer my question about running? I don't want to get injured and I need to know if I should talk to my coach about it?
Thanks!

For your information limendoz: I am NOT lazy at all. I am so NOT lazy that I always push myself too far so I get injured a lot. Also, I can run the 800 in 2:24 as a freshman girl. Yeah... I am sooo lazy

no you probably wont get injured but if you feel that you might just work at your own pace until you get to the point where you feel you have to be.

Well, all I can do is give you the rules for another school. Yours does not seem too excessive. Compare this to your schedule:
"This summer we would like to see experienced runners (by experienced we mean those who have been running at least 25 miles a week for a period of 12 weeks) to accumulate high mileage during the summer. We will not maintain that high mileage once we enter our competitive season. Remember that you cannot increase mileage or speed work by more than 10% per week. Use the summer to build a base, not speed. Do not exceed 60 miles per week. We suggest between 50-60; our preference is to hover around 50. You should only attempt 50 if you have been building up to it. Incorporate cross training into your schedule to reach your mileage goals.

You are only 15 years old. You cannot possibly get injured.
If you are too lazy to do the training, then you should quit the team.
