We adopoted two kittens (sisters) about three months ago and the one kitten is friendly, social and all around good cat. The other one is very agressive, she hides all day and doesn't come out until night or until it is quite. She has gotten into our food (bread & things like that) she wont' stay off the kitchen table, counters. She has destroyed a lot of things in the house. Do you have any suggestions that may help because I have already called the place where we got her to see if I can take her back. She is a really sweet cat when I'm home by myself but if anyone else is there, she hides and we don't see her for days.

I was told by a friend that the person who had died was able to hear voices for up to six hours after death. Also why are they wrapped in a sheet before going to the morgue?

I get woken every morning between 4-5a.m. with a sneezing attack that lasts for about an hour or more. Then the allergies aren't so bad for the rest of the day, but I always wonder why I have to suffer through two awful hours before the symptoms improve.

ben roethlisberger is the latest example. most nfl players are required BY CONTRACT not to engage in risky activities off the field. and if i'm ben, my body is my moneymaker, and will be for the next 10-15 years of my life. there's plenty of time to go riding around without a helmet then...

is roethlisberger an idiot? doesn't he know about kellen winslow? why do these guys DO this?

I would like to teach music to pre-schoolers but I don't know where to get a degree for music education that is integrated with child psychology. Can you suggest some links to schools/universities? Help please? Thanks!

One needs to be sceptical / critical when trying to learn science and contributing to scientific knowledge.by research, etc. Has anyone experienced the contradiction between faith and science? Faith means believing something without proof, but any true scientist cannot do that - atleast, that's what I seem to think, although I know many famous scientists who were religious. I don't like the view that we must "segregate" the two - faith and science - into two "compartments" in one's mental life, because this implies duplicity in one's thinking patterns. Is faith required to explain what science cannot? If so, are we justified in pursuing faith, or should we pursue science alone, since it gives fact, rather than fantasy? I understand the importance of "the moral of the story", in religion - one must not throw the baby (the moral) out with the bath water (the story which is fiction / metaphor). But I hate going only half-way in religion - ie., not taking the Bible as literal truth.

Bloody Sainsbury's! I got a parking violation for parking in a mother and child bay today (completely by accident, it wasn't clear that it was a mother and child parking bay) and I am doing my NUT!

I don't often park places I'm not supposed to so this was a genuine mistake.

I was in the goddamn supermarket for 11 minutes for christ sake!!! Hardly the biggest deprivation to someone who that spot is intended for!

Who else is sick of the poxy parking restrictions that are literally EVERYWHERE!

(non-drivers need not respond)
