Could anyone provide list of universities in india that provide MS(IT) through distance education?
I heard BITS PILANI has; But through sponsorship only we can make it, it seems; Like wipro one of major IT concern recruit and sponsor employees to pursue this degree

Yes. Mnc's Like Wipro and Satyam do provide Msc distance education in Bits Pilani for its employees....
