I have Menorrhagia and have been taking hormones to stop and regulate my period. I'm a very active Young Lady (I excercise alot, lift heavy objects). I was curious to know whether or not lifting heavy things could worsten my condition or cause me to hemorrhage.

am i the only one who thinks over half of MTV'S reality shows r DUMB and STUPID. First of all "Run's House" okay what da h*ll is that..lol, that show is soooooooo fake, and stupid, i can't believe they have a season 2 comin up, its sooo easy to tell they r all acting, come on now.....ever since "The Osbournes" every untalented celebrity family is tryin to make sum $$$$ off these reality shows.... "The Hills" another dumba$$ show, whats the point of this show???? can ya'll think of any more DUMB shows on MTV????

I know this isnt the healthy way to go about losing weight, but i need to drop one size for a reunion i have coming up and want to know if anyone has tried this way of eating. BEFORE you answer this question, know this, i exercise regualrly, eat healthy and am in good health, im only doing this so i can be one size smaller. So please dont tell me how this will mess up my metabolism and how im making a mistake. I ONLY WANT TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE DONE THIS OR KNOW SOMEONE WHO HAS .Can u tell me what results they had? Sorry for the caps but ive seen on here where people just want to preach to you or critize you and i dont want either one of those. Whenever I get up from a relaxed position,I suddenly get light headed,and my mind goes blank for a little while.Whenever this happens,my eye sight temporarily gets blocked with some sort of weird white fog.This only lasts for a few seconds,but it's really weird.Is anything wrong with me?Any doctors out there who can give me their e-mail or something?
