Doing sit-ups or crunches will only BUILD the muscles underneath your stomach fat, making it stick out even further. I suggest increasing your water intake to 10+ glasses daily, to flush out any toxins in your stomach. For two weeks, cut out ALL dairy products. If you don't see a difference, re-introduce dairy but cut all out wheat for the next two weeks. Dairy and wheat are the two most common food intolerances that lead to bloating in the stomach area, and cutting them out can flatten your tummy.

Run man run...seriously. If you are already thin, don't try to spot train (ie, situps, crunches, etc.) Just run, treadmill, stairmaster...something that gets your heart rate up and can burn calories and fat from that is stored in one place...the beer belly. Good luck!
