I've been dieting every day and jogging 3-4 times a week and so I've managed to hit my ideal weight, but I still have a bit of extra pouch. I'd like to get rid of my flab without going too far under my ideal weight. Any suggestions?

My Internet Explorer won't open login pages and Netscape and Firefox can't open any web pages. Why?

My Internet Explorer was working correctly until a few days ago. Now it still opens normal web pages with no problem but when I try to log in to Yahoo Mail, or my bank, or my web host I get "The page cannot be displayed". So I tried using Firefox and Netscape and they can't open any pages, but IE can still open most pages.

I turned off my firewall. I tried checking my connection settings in IE, but I can't find them. I'm using a wireless router, and I repeat, I can get most web pages (like this one) to work in IE. But log in screens are crashing.

I must've changed some setting on my computer at home, because my computer at work can still open those pages. What has happened?

What magazine articles would u be interested in reading about? I am writting for a magazine and am 18yrs old myself and was wondering what sort of articles people would be interested in. where can i download....?

music for FREE so far on all my questions none of the answeres worked....LIMEWIRE does NOT work for me .... i can not buy music and i don't want music from EZ-TRACKS i want to DOWLOAD it onto my WINDOWS XP MEDIA PLAYER.... stuff like GEORGIA by ludacris and SHIFTY music... i HAD cds but not anymore so i don't have any music to listen to an my world REVOLVES around MUSIC because my career will be in music ...... i want to download MOSTLY rap and rnb and hip hop but i like rock and metal too ... anywhere you can DOWNLOAD that kind of MUSIC for FREE..... LIMEWIRE,DOWNLOAD,BEAR SHARE and EZ-TRACKS have not worked.... if anyone knows something different... not codes though like youtube and stuff....i do not want codes...............THANX!!!!

are ipod videos really worth the money? how much time do you spend watching videos with it?

I'm considering buying an ipod video. I have a mini, and would only be getting an ipod video because I like the idea of being able to watch movies and tv shows while I'm out. If it's a hassle messing with converting videos and such, I might stay with what I have already.

Skin discoloration?

I've noticed an odd discoloration, sort of a tan brown color, around my arm pits and just above my genitals. These area's don't itch a great deal but seem to be covered in a layer of dry dead skin (observed from scratching at them :(...)

Anybody know what these areas might be and/or how to treat them?
