Do you have to pay to use ITunes on the Cingular SLVR phone?

Yes, it is a speaker phone, they also sell speakers to amplify the sound even more. When you buy the phone it comes with the I-Tunes software in the box to download onto your computer where you can then transfer music onto your phone. You can either buy music (like any other I-Tunes thing) or you can use your CD'S. But once on your phone it's definitely free to use, you can enjoy your favorite songs EVERYWHERE!!!
I have this phone and love it, the camera is ALOT BETTER then that of a Razor, the music is clear and audible (not choppy). I definitely think this phone is worth every penny.

You'll buy the songs you want from iTunes which are $0.99. Or you can RIP music from your CD's or use your existing MP3's, from which you'd link your SLVR to your computer. And using the iTunes program on your computer, you would transfer the songs onto your phone.

It's free to use... it just cost money you to buy songs from iTunes.

Oh and the SLVR does have speaker phone.
