Start strength training as well, it's the only way to lose fat and not weight... You need to build some muscle mass, not a lot, but enough to cover the extra fat you plan on losing... hit the gym twice a week or just pick up a cheap maching like a total gym (which I would recommend over much higher prices equiptment...)
