I run 5k about 4 times per week on a treadmill. I average 9.5 min. miles. I use poor sprinting shoes as well. Will improve my time if I switch to running outdoors and with running shoes.

I just want to average 8min. miles nothing crazy.

I'm a big Law and Order fan and I know I can get all of my favorite shows such as SVU and CI on USA...but they started taking down the repeats and they started playing The 4400 (whatever that is) are they going to stop showing Law and Order or are they just doing the 4400 repeats to hype the season premeire? 10 Points

im using windows xp home edition, and when i first connect to the internet i get a message saying ( internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.) Also occasionaly when i disconnect from the internet i get an error message saying (the instruction at ox1001cd11 referenced memory at ox1001cd11 The memory could not be read, click ok to terminate program) Does anyone no how to get rid of these error messages, please help?????

I screw up my dishes all the time. The spicy spices are REALLY SPICY! Sometimes, it can ruin it badly.

I go out on dates all the time and have plenty of companionship. Yet, I am not attracted to any of the women I date or hang out with.

With every woman I date, by the third date I feel tired and completely unattracted to them. I don't think my standards are too high, I just get so turned off by them. I have explored the idea of going gay, but I just don't think it's for me - I love women, I just can't get attracted to any of them I meet.

After every date I feel so lonely, like I'm missing somebody terribly, but I can't think of who it is that I miss, or what it is.

Does anybody else feel this way? Or what advice do you have for me?
