Oh oh sounds like a bad memory problem. Did you install RAMS recently into your PC? Either that, or you have to reformat because you have some corrupted System32 files.

You might want to backup your data and do a complete reformat and reinstall windows and get some anti-virus software.

I do not think reinstalling IE will help. It sounds like a memory or file corrupt problem with windows. You can try to reinstall IE or upgrade to 7.0. If it still doesnt work, then you should think about reformatting.

Sounds like Spyware. Go get yourself Spy Sweeper ($20). See if that helps.

I've seen spyware that causes IE to close over and over. If that is happening you can't go to a website to download IE to reinstall it. You could try Firefox. The memory errors could be bad memory but probably not.

Seems to be spyware. I suggest first, removing this spyware with the Free and Amazing spyware/adaware remover called Ad-Aware Se Personal Edition. You could DL it free at: http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html

Internet Explorer has been known to transmit virus', spyware, and adaware into your computer without your knowlage or permission. I suggest firefox by mozilla ... its more reliable and doesn't transmit any of this. You could get this free at: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/

I also suggest you reinstall internet explorer as well just in case if you dont use firefox: you could get the latest update at: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx
for free.
Hope this helps.

I'd just suggest updating your browser, or getting firefox.

I love firefox, and it's just like internet explorer, but MUCH more reliable. You can get that at http://getfirefox.com
And, its FREE!

If you REALLY want a new version of Internet Explorer instead, you can get IE 7 at
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx

But, I think you would really enjoy firefox, and I think it would work much better for you.

Re-Install Internet Explorer. Goto http://www.microsoft.com and follow the links to download the latest version. That should solve your problem!

I suspect the problem is spyware related. Try free downloads of spybot Search and Destroy, Adaware by lavasoft, and microsoft defender. once you get the system fixed try spyware blaster to prevent future problems.
