I've been taking 0.75 Xanax for 3 years now, and since I suffer from Anxiety my body got used to it and it's making no effect, so I was advised to switch it with Vallium? Is it a good advise?

one time i accidentaly swallowed some shampoo (don't ask lol) and so i tried to make myself throw up but i couldn't i just gagged. i thought it was weird and so i kept trying. like no matter what i do, i can't make myself puke. i had a couple of bulemic friends and they were jus like oh shove a toothbrush or a spoon down your throat and you'll puke. but i tried it and it doesn't work. why can't i throw up? even when i have the flu, i never puke.
does anyone kno any good ways to make yerself throw up that actually work? because sometimes i pig out and i feel really sick and i jus need to get the food out but i can't.

I am 30 and in a 5-year marriage with a great man. He's my first and only lover and we've shared many happy times. We're best friends. Yet for years, this is all we've been to each other. He's content with the situation and I'm not. I want to be a wife, a sex object and mother--not just a friend.

Sex has always been hard for us and we've endured long periods of absinence. He's a workaholic, thriving on intellectual pursuits while I've come to crave more physical and emotional contact. I want travel, adventure, and friends; he's a homebody with no friends other than me. I've begun to want kids but he is adamantly against them, even the thought of them.

So many differences and hurt feelings. I love him and feel guilty for considering divorce. He makes me feel like I'm his world, and that without me he'll break. That kills me, but I'm afraid I'm losing myself. We've been trying to fix things for 7 months yet I don't think he gets it.

Any suggestions as to what I might do?

As for me, I mix mine with chopped onions and Miricle Whip, then I make a sandwich out of it with toasted marble bread, and eat it with large curd cottage cheese and sweet pickles.

Somehow, the spyware is connected to Microsoft Windows Explorer and that makes it even more difficult to delete. Also when my Windows Defender detects it as a process, it shows me the path and where the virus is coming from. When I go to delete it, it says that the file is being used by another person or program. Even in safe mode it does this and I cant delete it. The file is pmkji.dll
