There are a couple of things you can do to clean it up. First, download, install and scan your computer with Ad-Aware SE Personal:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
Just let it scan your computer, and let it remove all of the stuff that it finds.
Then download, install, update and scan your computer with Spybot Search & Destroy:
http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10401314.html?tag=lst-0-1
Again, allow the program to scan and remove all of the junk it finds on your computer.
Unfortunately, these two programs, as good as they are, often don't get all of the spyware out of your computer, because spyware makers design new spyware all of the time, and often write their programs so that normal cleaning programs like those above won't work. So I would also recommend you going to the Tech Support Guy forum and registering as a member, and starting a thread in the Security forum there. The experts there will clean your computer up free of charge. Sometimes on weekends and holidays you will need to be patient, as they do this on a voluntary basis:

Good luck!

Try spyware blaster and AdAware SE. They are both available from www.download.com. Spyware Doctor is also an excellent program. Also make sure that you have a good firewall on your PC. I would recommend you Zone Alarm, however you can only download the trial version of it from www.download.com, you have to pay for it if you want to continue to update your spyware definition files. Definitely go to www.download.com and try to downlaod a few spyware and adware removal programs from it.

I would use exclusively Spybot Search and Destroy. Switch it to the advanced mode. Got to settings, set it to run automaticallly at next program start. After that is done schedule a dick check on your hard drives. Right click on each drive, click properties and then click on the tool tab. Check both boxes and ok. It will ask to run check at next start up, click yes. Then restart. Both these will run before any program starts to run on the computer and would be most effective.
