I've been taking 0.75 Xanax for 3 years now, and since I suffer from Anxiety my body got used to it and it's making no effect, so I was advised to switch it with Vallium? Is it a good advise?

Valium is highly addictive. Believe it or not, Valium was named after the herb Valerian, which had hundreds of years worth of positive reputation behind it. Valerian is not promoted because it is not patentable, and therefore can not be sold for high mark ups. It is dramatically effective in many who try it. It tranquilizes the mind, helps the body relax, and has even been used in Europe to help people cope with depression. It does not cause dependency, and is incredibly safe. Thousands of times safer than any psychotropic on the market - seeing as these greedy little chemicals are biologically unprecedented and all cause terrrible side effects sooner or later.

Valium and Xanax can be used interchangably with some people, but on others one works far better than the other. They are both very addictive substances.

Your doctor can raise your Xanax to 1.0 mg, and it even goes as high as 2.0 mg. Or, he can switch you to Valium (5 -10 mgs.Valium are about the equivilant of 1.0 - 2.0 mgs. Xanax). If you are switched, you will probably be started at a low doseage, to make sure the med is okay for you).
