As for me, I mix mine with chopped onions and Miricle Whip, then I make a sandwich out of it with toasted marble bread, and eat it with large curd cottage cheese and sweet pickles.

I'm simple with my tuna. Just add some mayonnaise and plop some on a cracker and I'm good to go.

Man, I get the tuna in water not oil first. Then I drain it, dump it in a big bowl. I then cut up some onions, put some black and red pepper, some Miracle Whip (not too much), sweet relish AND some of the sweet pickle juice from the relish. I also cut up some olives that are stuffed with jalapenos and man, I just put it on white bread and enjoy the hell out of it. I'm from Louisiana, we always do things a little different. I only make it like once a year because it tastes so sweet and spicy, I can't stop eating it. But I have to wait until it is so cold it hurts my teeth, that's the hardest part.

Mixed with hard-boiled eggs, onions, celery, sweet relish, salt, pepper, and Miracle Whip, and either cold on white bread or in a hot-dog bun, or on toast as a tuna melt.

Or, a grilled tuna steak.

Fresh tuna is great baked. Canned tuna is a different story. A good tuna salad with onion, pickle, spices and mayo is great. I prefer stuffing it into a ripe tomato, but as a sandwich on rye it also good.

Well I mix it with mayonnaise and put it between two pieces of toasted white bread. My friend puts relish in it with the mayonnaise and the tuna between the two peices of toasted white bread...on a plate...with a glass of milk.

My mum does half sour cream, half hailman's maynaise (don't know the spelling). Then, she adds celay, lemon juice, and the canned tuna. We eat it on toasted bread with carrots, sweet pepper or cucumbers for veggies.
