i was up on the roof of our building(we own a small manufaturing company) with an insurance adjusdtor we video tape everything for future civil action i look over the edge and ntice that the forman that has worked for me for 18 years (gonna retire in 4 months) he is loading the back of his pick up with 4 crates of material (about $16000) worth of parts ...i call the wcpd and detectives get there video tape, he is later arrested you had to see the look on his face he freaked out was crying ad scratching i laughed my *** off he was sitting in jail on a $25,000 bond i gave this guy a good living and he steals from me , our attorney's say i can take his pension , and his 401k he is gonna freak out....i9'm gonna buy a biggger engine for my boaqt with what i save in pension alone!! now let him feed his family of 5 with a felony i hope he slit's his wrist 's and like all the other employee's that steeel they are inner city malt liqour lovers i put this under enertaintment and music

ok so i liked "joe"he WHOLE skool year, then I told him I liked him, and it turned out he liked me to, so I became his gf. he is my first bf. I dont think things are ever going to work out, we're both to shy and untalkative. so its hard 4 us to chat and all tht. I just read one of my Christian brothers just say that gays are here to detroy us. Since I am about to accept Jesus Christ in my heart, I just want to make sure I know what I am doing. Since I believed in the war in Iraq and the preemptive strike doctrine it is likely that if given evidence a gay person was about to destroy me I would try and do a preemptive strike against him.

My brother in law is gay. He brings my son lots of educational gifts. He is a very nice man.

Since he is here to destroy me, if I were to become a Christian, would I be obligated to take a preemptive strike?

After using three atty's and having everything I ever worked for taken from me in a bitter divorce, I am wondering just where to turn next. I maybe called gullable for believing what these three atty's told me, as they quickly depleted my bank account of nearly 175,000 dollars, but more importantly, I have lost my two daughters to a very evil and money hungry woman. This, after 25 years of marriage in which she never worked or was asked to do so. Now, she has control of my kids and I haven't been able to see in over a year. They are 14 and 12 and god, did we have some very good times. That is, until the ex remarried. Now, a phone call is out of the question. She has gone so far as to have the kids tell me that they don't want to speak to me again. I know this is not true. She is controling and does not want them to know the truth. She is a alcoholic which led to the divorce. This is my worst nightmare. I would rather spent time back in Nam. Won;t someone help? I have no money. Its gone

I own a duplex in Upstate NY. I live in one side and rent the other. I put the property up for sale last month. My problem is, the agent can never get in to see the rental side because the tenant is never there when she shows up. The agent calls her with 24 hrs in advance, but she never picks up the phone and claims she never got the message on her machine. When she is there she claims she is too busy to show. What are my rights as a seller? If I give the tenant 24 hrs notice can I just go in and show the property? The tenant told me she will call the police if I go in and it is not an emergency. Do I have any legal recourse because she is hindering the sale of my property. If anyone can give me advice, please let me know. Thanks

My mom wants to justify her mistakes with me, but instead of setting an example of him, she takes it out on me. Today he had to work on a project and instead of doing anything worthwhile on it, its due monday, he spent the entire day playing games with them, no ork done nothing, except their going to the Arlington cemetery to shoot the film they "need", when they could have actually bickled down and done everything today. Just a few minutes ago, he asked our mom for thirty dollars to go to the rock climb nearby. He says their going to do the project at 12:30, but my mom eats up anything he says as an absolute truth. Then he asked her for twenty dollars for a "field trip" to go to like 4 places, even though it would cost about 50 normally, so I believe he lying about that too. I don't know whats he's really doing, I hate my mom for her idolizing, and I want to kill him because we go into a fight earlier. What should I do to set an example of him, put him in his place, so to speak. Help!

ive been seeing someone for the last four months and last night i rang him cause he asked me to ring him later and a chick answered the phone claiming to be his gf for the last four days. she wouldnt let me speak to him. im just wondering do i try and call him again and find out whats going on? or do i leave it alone? i just want to no why he would need a chick to break up with me why couldnt he do it himself? cause on wednesday he was talking about the future as if all was cool.
