It sounds like worms. Worms have a stage in which the larvae mature in the lungs and are then COUGHED UP, swallowed and then enter the digestive tract causing DIARRHEA etc. Contact a vet ASAP. Peace out.

Get him to a vet immediately. Vomiting and diarrhea is not normal in dogs... he could have an obstruction or a parasite called giardia or some other serious condition. Call 411 and ask for an emergency pet hospital in your area.

Depending on the age of your dog and if it has all current vaccines it could be anything. Call your reg vet and they will/should have the number for the ER vet in your area. Good luck, I hope it is nothing serious, I just had a puppy die of Parvo..That is about as serious as it gets!

Dog's are like kids, they run fever you give them asprin, diarrea and vomiting give them peptobismol. But and if you have some childrens amoxicillin you can give them 1/2 tsp. to every 10 lbs, if this gives them diarrea cut it back a little.(It won't hurt them.) It sounds to me like your dog may be poisoned or got into something. you should watch closely for malaise and try to get to vet asap, if its a small dog try a little sugar water, sometimes they get colds & flus ,just like people, and get weak hope this
helps & good luck.
