After using three atty's and having everything I ever worked for taken from me in a bitter divorce, I am wondering just where to turn next. I maybe called gullable for believing what these three atty's told me, as they quickly depleted my bank account of nearly 175,000 dollars, but more importantly, I have lost my two daughters to a very evil and money hungry woman. This, after 25 years of marriage in which she never worked or was asked to do so. Now, she has control of my kids and I haven't been able to see in over a year. They are 14 and 12 and god, did we have some very good times. That is, until the ex remarried. Now, a phone call is out of the question. She has gone so far as to have the kids tell me that they don't want to speak to me again. I know this is not true. She is controling and does not want them to know the truth. She is a alcoholic which led to the divorce. This is my worst nightmare. I would rather spent time back in Nam. Won;t someone help? I have no money. Its gone

surly in the divorce you get some visiting rights noboby gets away with your kids without you getting visiting rights and if you do get visiting rights and she is taking them away from you all you have to do is go to the courts and file for another day in court in front of the judge. my son had to do this because the mother of his baby decided one day that he wasnt gonna see him again he filed for the courts got a court date and the judge was very hard on the mom, in fact starting this fall he has full custody of him through the whole school year and the judge told my son that he could have her fined and thrown in jail for not complying with court orders. i dont know if this in any way helps you but i wish you the best sounds like you love your little girls very much god bless.

Just like in every profession, there are those who are money hungry and those who want to help people. Sounds like you were taken. My Uncle is a lawyer and genuinely cares about people. He lives in a small town in Minnesota. He is 76 and still works. I wish that I could help you, but my Uncle does not do e-mail.

Nope. You're a way of making money. Period. End of story.
