I am about to buy a 1972 Honda 350 that's been modified to a cafe racer style bike using an elongated gas tank made of epoxy. I am wondering if this is safe, and if it is problematic in any way.

They put the emphasis on "at" when it would sound so much better if they simply said, "I remember now where I parked my car"! Invariably, you will hear them say "Now I remember where it's AT"! Another example would be, "I didn't know where you were", but they will almost always say "I didn't know where you was AT"!

Well i am from the deep south and everything and i want to know if some people know these slag words/sentences or even food that we use down here...
~fixin to go to the store (i am about to go to the store)
~i aint gonna do it (i'm not going to do that)
~geet? (did you eat?)
~sloppy (that's cornbread and beans mixed together)
~sweet tea (down here you don't go to a food place and ask for ice in your tea...they will think your crazy...u ask for either sweet or un-sweet tea!!)
~oh yeah when you want pepsi you say "can i have a coke"
~ummmm potato wedges i think yall call them..yeah well it's jo jo's down here!
~ you have got to say yes ma'am no ma'am or yes sir no sir or else you will get paddled at school!
I am in the sticks so it might be different for some of you country people too. In our little town, this is how it works!!

According to the 7th day adventist they believe that they should worship God on saturday becasue it is the seventh day of the week and we should keep it holy, as it says in the bible. But how do we know that saturday is the seventh day of the week instead of sunday?

I've been running on the treadmill for about a month..but I still feel like I'm not getting any better. I still get tired after running for about 2 minutes..so I just walk. I'm not really fat, 5'11", 198..but I have some extra meat around my belly I wanna loose. I usually walk 2 minutes on 3 or 4, then attempt 2 minutes on 6..for about 15-20 minutes total . I've been going to teh gym regularly...but its not getting any easier. Should I take it down another notch and work myself up slower? What should I do?

Hello everyone,

I need your help. I had this wonderful friendship with this girl and last year i initiated a conversation that led to the end of our friendship which was a result of my rude attitude. Probably the worse thing that happened to me in a long time. Its a year later,
and i decide to call her back because i want bring closure to the situation and possibly string together my friendship with her again.
I did call her but she did not pick up. i think she really hates me. What kind of message should i leave that she would respond to?
