I am trying to make a video for my teachers wedding and it would be great if we could use our software that we recieved with the camera. Using Image Mixer VCD2, we could have the chance to add a menu and everything. . .but I am just not sure if the picture quality will be at its finest. So, if I do make the DVD, will the picture be like on the computer (with large pixels that make the images unbearable), or will it be perfectly fine like the picture quality on the LCD screen?

I know there is signal loss on a splitter, but I want to be able to switch between a straight cable signal into the TV and one that comes from a cable box (i get different channels on each).
