It's an ok butt, but not round like I would like it to be.

lie on your stomache (you can prop yourself up on your elbows)

and bend your knees so that they are at a 90 degree angle. (your calves should be perpendicular to the floor and your feet should be together and pointed straight so they are paralel with the floor.

place a dumbell in the little notch made by the curve of your shoes when your feet are placed together. clench your feet and legs together to hold the weight in place.

Now, slowly lift your legs down to the floor (but not resting on the floor) and then slowly back up to the starting position. do as many reps are you can. always make sure the weight remains in place between your shoes.

this will tone your butt!

yes stand behind a chair grab it by the bar lift the right o left leg al the way up thats what i did
