I know how to set up the smoker and correct time/temperature, but wonder about preparing the meat. Dry rub? pepper? Mustard? Wine? Nothing? Looking for good Texas-style BBQ here. Thanks.

Alright, I am so crushing on this gay guy. We became friends at work and he told me he has always been gay. Yet he flirts with girls all the time and I don't see him talk to dudes at work but he told me over the phone he is 100% gay. To me that doesn't make any sense cuz if your gay why would you flirt with girls?? And it just stinks cuz he's soo cute and his personality is toally awesome and I know there ain't nothing I can do about it. But my question is, how does this happen? Are you born with this dispostion?? I don't understand how a guy can be attracted to another guy and the same for girls. I am straight but to me that's normal and don't get me wrong I don't have anything against gays whatsoever I just don't unfderstand how they are that way. Thanks for shedding light on it.

Need good ideas for 3 whites, 3 reds at very reasonable prices. Looking for wines that are good examples of the grapes they come from so I can give beginning tasters a general flavor profile that they can use as a cheat sheet in trying to identify.

Was thinking of a Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and a Zinfandel or Sangiovese for the reds. Viognier, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay for whites.

Thoughts, suggestions, etc... very welcome!

ok so here's the deal, the last show for our play is tommorrow...the show's been going on for 2 days now, the days of the dress rehersal and opening night i forgot my own makeup at home so i had to use the makeup that was provided, it was fine and then i brought my own makeup and now i'm starting to break out. i can't seem to figure out why this is happening...but, the final show is tomorrow and i need to figure out before then (i mean, i really dont wanna put makeup on and then start breaking out on stage lolz)

This is in my top 10 of stupidest "documentaries" I've ever seen.

Ask me anything.

-EVP?: possible radio waves
-Hearing someone behind you in tunnel?: anecdotal but also feasibly reverberations from one own's voice, footsteps, and breathing.
All the photos shown?: easily faked
Stories?: Again, anecdotal but with so many inconsistencies even among the "witnesses" in the program itself (e.g., nurse who hung herself--no correct date and even the TAPS team who collected county records didn't find a suicide)

This program was SO overdone it plays quite untrue. The historical evidence and the great pictures of that time period would have been a better presentation. The owners have obvious motives to say/play things up, as do their employees.

Any other personal experiences can easily be chalked up to one's own mind tricks (imagination).

The Ghost Hunters investigation was much better done, and even that is biased, this IS entertainment folks.
