you will need some burgers, hot wings, chicken fingers, fries, cole slaw, a few pasta dishes, something for a vegetarian, something for the dieters, a few salads, drinks and desserts, oh, and a couple cold sandwiches...that should do it.

Keep the menu choices simple in number and description. I just realized that most of my favorite restaurants are ones that have a limited menu. That way people know what they're getting, and there's nothing complicated about it. I also think you could keep your costs down too.

Depends on your location... Northern? Southern? Southwest? West Coast? near the ocean? up in the mountains?
Go find an old grandmother in your town and ask her what she likes to cook. Put everything she said on your menu lol. :)

I recommend having an all day breakfast.... I hate cafe's that only have breakfast until noon - especially on the weekends.
