my sister was in depression and this took its toll and she ended up in a mental state. now her reason for depression was that she had a break off from her boyfriend, she was lonely at the uni and she was homesick. there is only one way to beat depression and that is always keepin busy, do not get alone where u can think of ur problems and start sulking about it. do not listen to songs that basically has connection to ya problems as they will make u even more depressed. think about things which make u happy in life. if u have been wanting to anything fun lately now is the time to for it. and remember that this is the best time to judge all around u and how supportive they are in cheering you up. so ya life is too short to worry, take initiative, get spiritual if u believe in god. and maybe this will answer all your unanswered questions. so ya be strong and have your ground, don't let things depress and nothing can upset u unless u let permit it too. all the best.

Now that you have depression it will take forever to get rid of it. Wrong expectations wont go away and you will suffer the pain of them. Take pills until you forget and the pain is less. Or you can help another depressed soul and feel better.
