My birthday is coming soon, June 12. I will turn 25. For the past 2 months my boyfriend (of 3 1/2 years) has been telling me to give him ideas on what he should get me. I gave him tons of ideas, from clothes, shoes, electronics, jewerly and much more. I do not trust his dressing styles ( I did not tell him, lol) too much so I told him to stick to jwerly or electronics. I even got him pictures of things he could get me, as well as inexpensive item (below $100) it is a week before my boyfriend and he still does not know what to get me. He is still asking me what should he get me. I never have a hard time choosing a gift for him. Why does he have such a hard time?? Is it that he doesn't care about my birthday?? Are guys just not creative when it comes to giving presents, oh by the way he got me some fruity chocolates for valentines I dont like fruity chocolates lol

Well I have a 2 bedroom apt in Connecticut and it also came with a studio seperate on the third floor that I was letting my niece stay in. She was supposed to get a job after moving in and pay me $75.00 a week which included heat, hot water, cable, electric, internet, and phone. After 6 weeks she still hadn't found a job, or paid me any rent so I told her she had to go. The same day she said she was moving out and took only a few items saying she'd return the following day to get the rest. She never came back. It's been 10 days since she "abandoned" the apartment, and I have since re-rented it to someone else. I packed up all her stuff and cleaned the apartment myself(took me 2 days. 6 hours just in the bathroom!)and told her (this past Thursday that she had until Wednesday to get the rest or I would dispose of it myself. This isn't a storage facility, and I barely have room for my own stuff. She said I'd be arrested if i did. What if any rights do I have?Do i have to store her stuff?

I know there are some females who can fight. My best friend's sister can fight. She fought a guy and beat him up I seen it. I was like "Damn!" I'm talking about fist fighting like a guy. My wife was raped when she was 16. She told me when we were dating and we’ve now been married ten years. This happened 15 years ago. The man who raped her was 21 and since it was a small town, I know him. At a very minimum, he committed statutory rape but it was even worse then that. He took her out on a boat, got her drunk to the point she was vomiting and had his way with her. She did not report it and blames herself for being so “stupid” as to put herself in that situation. I am relieved she has put it behind her but I don’t think she ever really dealt with it emotionally. I don’t know why it still bothers me but it infuriates me to think of what he did to her. I too sometimes feel like a retroactive victim because to this day, my wife is not very affectionate with me and I think she still needs to heal.
