Let me bring some good news for the cancer. A word of “CURE” would comfort many patients. In the beginning, we should know what a cancer is. If we know it better, we then understand how to deal with it. There are good and bad bacteria that exist in our bodies. Bad bacteria are so called an essential element of cancer. It is actually not easy to get a cancer because it will take up to hundreds of thousands of abuses and mistreatment to the cells. Can you image for how many times that we have abused our bodies to extend and reach the danger before the cancer really occurs? If we know it we would certainly be scared by it but unfortunately we don’t. We often neglect what bodies really need instead of our desires. A cancer can’t be really cured once a person has it, can only be prevented when there are not too many of bad bacteria that exist in our bodies.

There are several ways to prevent from getting a cancer. I list out some for you to look at it.

Exercise – do you do regular exercise? How long does it last? Be persistent and persevering. Neither a short time nor an on and off exercises would do any changes to your body.

Daily diet – what you eat is really what you get? What is good for your body might not be in favor of your desires? To watch out your diet so that you won’t get too much refined food into your mouth.

Spiritual cultivation – Be aware of your behavior. To observe your thoughts, keep it as clear as possible. Bad thinking would lead you doing no good to your cells.

The above things are basically important to follow. It is our duty to treat, protect and take care of our bodies well regardless any other reasons. It should not be only for the sake of a cancer but oneself.

Can the cancer bacteria be diminished by following the above three essential steps? The answer is positive.

我家人都是佛教的，我爸雖然有要我吃素，但說我自己決定。


可是聽說吃素對身體不好，還說什麼食物鏈......很多很多，

所以不太想吃素...可是我每次一吃肉類，

就想到動物被殺死時.....那種血淋淋，可憐兮兮的樣子，

到底是要遵循大自然的法則─ ─食物鏈，

還是要愛惜、保護動物比較好？
